My Aim in Life

A life without any aim is like a ship without a rudder. An aim helps a man to gain his coveted objective, his career. It is like a torch that enlightens a person's career.

Some people want to earn money, some want to earn fame and some want to serve others. I had to think a lot to choose my aim/profession/career in life. I think, it should be decided according to one's aptitude, ability and merit. Considering these, my choice is the simple wish to be a teacher.

Undoubtedly, teaching is a very noble profession. A teacher is like a potter who works on wheel to give shape to his pots, cutting out the rough edges to give a perfect finish to the end product. At present, neither the students nor the teachers have the same sincerity and singleness of purpose.

However, there are still some exceptional teachers who are genuinely concerned about the future of their pupils and try to guide them sincerely.

Unfortunately, there are people who take to teaching out of compulsion, because the other avenues are not open to them. They drift into teaching because they have failed to achieve their ambition. I have by choice decided to opt for teaching. I love working with children. It must be a very satisfying experience to shape young minds, eager to learn, who come to a teacher in total faith.

One cannot overlook the advantages one has as a teacher. One gets so many holidays which can be used to catch up with other interests one neglects on working days. This is really a very tempting prospect. Besides, over the years the salary of teachers has also become very attractive.

Teaching has certain distinct advantages over other professions. Teachers do not have very long working hours. Surely, huge time is taken in preparing the lessons, correction work, etc. Still one can have ample time to pursue other interests. I am not unaware that it is quite difficult to secure admission in a good teachers' training college. I am willing to work hard to actualize my ambition, and waiting for the day when, after completing my training in teaching, I can become a teacher. That day indeed will be a red-letter day in my life.

Education is a booming sector that gives a person the power to change the world. A teacher is a potter that makes molds the individuals throughout their life. According to William Arthur Ward, the unexceptional teacher teaches his/her students, a good teacher explains thoroughly, a superior teacher performs demonstrations, while the most excellent teacher inspires young minds.

My Aim in life is to become a teacher and inspires young minds. I sometimes wonder why do I aspire to become a teacher, and the choice emanated from a series of life experiences. I aim to become part of this Honorable  profession, and to one, to inspire the students.

A teacher holds the capability to change the desired needs of the world and improve it. They influence some aspects of a student’s life. They can make or mar a student’s life through their teaching. I aim to attain both personal and professional restitution as my Aim as a teacher.

My goal as a teacher is to drive and influence every student to achieve a better place in life and leave them knowledgeable enough to survive through the challenging world. I aim to involve every growing student and influence them to uplift the needful and contribute to society’s upliftment.

In short, having an aim helps the person grow and reach success. It is essential to set a goal and timely execute with a positive mind to achieve success.

Every individual needs to have an aim in life. A target helps them achieve their dreams and goals an gives them recognition. People who do not plan their careers have no purpose in life. An aimless person is like a building without pillars. They complain, get tossed, and often blame their fate.

Every Individual has different aims. While some people aspire to become lawyers, some want to become a doctor. Some people want  to become an actor based on their favorite actor, while some might be influenced to become a teacher.

People adopt their aims according to their surroundings. We should be very cautious when deciding our Aim- some goals are reasonable, while some mislead you. A person may face obstacles and challenges, but he/she should not give up, but try till they reach success.

My Aim in life is to become a doctor and provide free check-ups for those who cannot afford them. I know its a tough purpose, but to make it happen, I need to work hard to attain success. My most significant achievement as a doctor is to build a free medical facility at the village to provide free medical schemes to villagers.

Thus, having an aim helps you stay focused and achieve your goals. A proper plan, positive attitude, and execution of Aim will help you reach success.

My Aim in Life

Aimless life is certainly a sin. Different people have different aims in life. Some aim at wealth, some at power, some at fame, some at business and some at education and knowledge. My aim is neither wealth nor fame. I wish to serve my country with the best of my talent. I love India and I really believe that everybody should put an effort to make it a great country. I want to become a doctor. It is a noble profession. In medical line, there is much more scope of service.

One can serve the patients everywhere in the country. This is my personal choice. My parents have not compelled me to select it. I wish to become a very successful doctor in future. So I am studying hard to achieve my target. I have keen interest in the medical line, so I do not feel any trouble in studying at all.

After obtaining the medical degree, I plan to work in rural areas where there is much shortage of doctors. My father is a well off man and I do not have any financial problem. I do not have the lust for money. I will visit the rural areas and will help poor people. It would be best sort of service. This will give me extreme satisfaction and that is the aim of my life.

I know, my profession is very dignified and it will help me to get peace and satisfaction in life. It provides one the best chances of service. Sympathy to human being is the sympathy to one’s own self.

My Aim in Life

Every young man has an aim or ambition in life. A man without an aim cannot succeed. He cannot achieve his goal. In fact, it is an aim that makes a man active. Without aim a man is a useless creature.

Civilization is one of man’s aims and his efforts to achieve it. The aim of my life is to become a doctor. There is a reason why I have chosen this career. Once one of my classmates fell it.

As he was poor, he could not get proper medical aid. His condition grew worse day by day. When I went to see him, he looked at me helplessly.

After a few days of illness, he died. It gave me a terrible shock. I began to think about the suffering of people. I decided to become a doctor and do some service to the sick people.

I will study hard to qualify myself as a doctor. When I become a qualified doctor I will move to the country side and set up a dispensary there. I am sorry to say that doctors wish to live in cities. They do not feel that their need in villages is greater.

But I would like to serve villages. I will work day and night to serve people. I will keep in mind that people need consolation and sympathy more than medicine.

I will not be money minded. I find that doctors have lost reputation because they are money minded. They have brought bad name to this noble profession. But I will not charge fee from poor patients.

I hope my dispensary will be model for other doctors. They must realize that there is a greater need of doctors in village. Real India lives in villages.

If health of villages is neglected, our country cannot make progress. Doctors must go to villages and nurse the suffering people crying for help.
